Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnerships with key stakeholders in the ESG sector.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with our ESG objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the ESG space.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and deliver compelling ESG value propositions.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners on ESG products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel development, sales, or business development, preferably within the ESG sector.
Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in various industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights.
