About Our Client
Our client is a diverse international corporate established decades ago. The board members are all comprised of world class professional from developed countries in the world. Their core competencies lie in real estate and information technology, they aim to provide a better quality of living to the world. The business started in Hong Kong and spread out to Asia, to cope the expansion, the CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant to serve the business.

Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will have frequently travel with the CEO and be provided all rounded secretarial support to the CEO on both business and personal affairs. You will be responsible for coordinate and follow up internal and external meetings for the CEO. On behalf of the CEO, you may have to meet up with professional institutions such as Lawyers and Accountant. Preparing business proposal, email and sales presentation materials may be needed.

Job requirements

• Degree educated

• 4 years of work experience in any B2B industry

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Possession of driving licence is a must (with at least 2 years of driving experience)

• Energetic and presentable

• Detailed-minded, flexible and sincere personality

 

Remuneration

The CEO is an Entrepreneur who has be running his own business for more than 25 years. He is a gentle local businessman who always passionate and enthusiastic about his work. He offers an attractive remuneration of up to HK$ 550, 000 per year who share the same beliefs.
